  • Real-Time Visuals: Creating large-scale visual notes on paper or digital media as the event unfolds.

  • Engagement: Engaging with participants to ensure the visuals accurately reflect the discussions and themes of the event.

Post-Event Deliverables

• High-Resolution Images: Digital copies of the graphic recordings in high-resolution formats suitable for sharing and printing within 24 hours after the event.
